Each piece of artwork is handmade in my studio in Devon and checked over its at the best quality before delivering. Due to the hand crafted nature, no two pieces are exactly the same. Colour may vary.
 

 

RETURN

I hope that you are happy with your milsbhdesign purchase but if you are not satisfied please contact me within 14 days of buying so we can resolve any issues.

Please note that it is your responsibility for the return of any items.

Commissions are not eligible for returns. Please do bear this in mind when ordering​​

PRIVACY POLICY

We are very mindful & have the upmost respect for our customers privacy & information, & we know how important it is to keep it safe. For that reason we will always ensure we have your permission at all times.

DELIVERY

I aim to send out orders within 1-5 working days. 
Large items/orders are sent by courier. All other products will be sent via Royal Mail 1st class.
Please check your delivery address is correct to ensure you receive your parcel. 
All my textile pieces are made to order and rely on my wool stock levels. 
If there is going to be a delay I will contact you immediately. Please bear in mind that Royal Mail is very busy over certain times of the year.

CARE

Caring for your product is important. 

Handle with care as frames may include perspex or glass. 

Keep away from strong sunlight. 

My textiles artwork has an option to be wool or acrylic wool. Acrylic wool is vegan friendly so bear this in mind when buying for someone else.
